Morons In Indian Media -Objective

Indian Journalism, has had a glorious past. Legendary journalists like, K. Nayyar, A. Shourie, C. Subramanian, B.Thackeray, K. Singh, R.K. Lakshman, P. Nandy, and many others, had set a glorious and committed trend.

We do have still, good & committed journalists. The country is proud of them. But now, new people with fancy degrees in journalism, have joined the media. These so called, “ Pseudo Journalists “ are instrumental in the decline of the media. They have almost no principles. Hour after hour, day in and day out, they keep broadcasting and publishing irrelevant programs and articles, on idiotic Hindi movie actors and actresses, brainless models and other meaningless news reports, to get themselves recognized. Half of them seem to have a shockingly lower level of intelligence and almost no principles. They rely on manipulative sensationalism and stupid news about idiotic movie people, to get themselves recognised.

Hence we started this blog ,to document all such brainless work, by these Foolish Morons call themselves, journalists. The idea is to make these foolish journalists, along with their incompetent editors and producers etc wake up from their deep slumber and become serious in their work. We want them to publish and broadcast articles relevant to the progress of our country, instead of publicising the lives of idiotic film stars and more idiotic millionaire housewives - who are greedy for self publicity.

Please post here, your observations on bizarrely idiotic articles that appear on the TV / newspapers etc, giving the headline, the name of the journalist, the newspaper or the TV station and the date.

I am so very glad that you have started this. I was just about to start a blog for the same reason and I found this. But only one post won't suffice. We have to make this very very popular. I am fed up with Indian News Channels and the kind of bullshit they are showing everyday.

Yes! The same frustration here too. The topic is endless. I can tell you guys one of the various observations of mine - Today's News channels are very much commercialised. This is to the extent that they actually split the screen for scroll ads. The splitting is very unfair. A few inches from the left and a few inches from the bottom is being used up for ads and headlines. Thus ending up to a very limited space for usage of necessary details. Now whether that limited space is actually used for "news" requires another seperate post.
